Site Database Transfer

I am trying to make Pair Networks the host of my WordPress site, but I’m not sure how to do this. I contacted Pair and they were unsure how to make this transfer with a site-based WordPress account. The Pair customer service person said he thinks I will have to transfer the WP database into my Pair account in order to do this. Is there a set of instructions on how to do this?

WordPress.com sites can only be hosted on our servers. Hosting with Pair Networks instead will mean you have a self hosted WordPress.org site. There is some information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

Content can be exported from your WordPress.com site, then imported into your new site. We have a guide which contains step by step instructions here:
