  Guys one of the steps in the free site debut checklist is to register a custom domain but that is paid and I want to make a free site. How do I continue because I selected the free plan.

  Hi there, The checklist has suggestions for getting your site ready for launch; they are not requirements. You can just tick it off in the circle on the left. And it looks like you’ve successfully launched your free site at wiseoldmen.home.blog
