Site Deleted/’Something Went Wrong’ Error
-
Help! I’ve been having SEO issues so I wanted to rename the database from my phpadmin site, and now everything is gone. I use Bluehost, and the domain doesn’t even show up there anymore. When I type in the URL for the site, it just shows a blank page displaying ‘something went wrong.’ Please help me! I’m not sure where things went wrong, because I didn’t change anything else. I do have backups of my site available, but if I can’t even login to WordPress to import them, I’m not sure what to do.

Hi there,
The site workingtravelher.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/workingtravelher.com+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Bluehost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
