    I need a site deletion so I can restart my site

    That site isn’t hosted at WordPresscom. You’ll need to reach out to BlueHost for advice.

    PS: Deleting a site would mean you losing the URL and you wouldn’t be able to restart with the same address. Surely just emptying a site of content is the best way to start again.
