Site deletion

  I want to delete my site because I don’t have the content ready, but I don’t want this action to prevent opening a site under a different site name when I am ready. Will there be a problem then?

  Hi –

  My suggestion would be that you just hide the current site from the internet. It’s a simple setting adjustment.

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Then, when you are ready to come back to it all you have to do is adjust that setting again to make it “live”.
