It appears you own the site through a different WordPress.com account. Could you reply here from the other account so that we can help you with this?
Basically, we need to remove all content from the site (which was added while the site was on the Business plan) before you can delete it permanently. We need your confirmation before we proceed. For security reasons, the confirmation needs to come from the WordPress.com account that owns the site/subscription.
Please log into the other WordPress.com account and reply here with confirmation.
