    Goodday,
    Our plan with your hosting services has ended and the website is migrated to a new hosting. Still we see some wordpress.com skin in the wordpress enviroment. Our new hosting advised this is due to the subdomainname setting.

    A solution would be to delete the website within the wordpress.com WP enviroment. I followed your walktrough for this, without any succes.

    Can you confirm the plan for our website has ended? Can you delete the website -in our envoroment- for us?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    It looks like the WordPress.com site you mentioned is on a different WordPress.com account. Could you log into that account and reply here so that we can proceed with deleting all content? Deleting all content is a required step before you can permanently delete the website.

    On a related note, I checked the domain sportvastenshop.nl and found that it’s not pointing to your WordPress.com site at the moment. This means you should not see a WordPress.com site when you visit sportvastenshop.nl. Can you clarify what you mean by “see some wordpress.com skin in the wordpress enviroment?” If you can share some screenshots that show what you’re referring to, it will help us understand the issue better.
