Site disappeared and can't login

Hi,
I’m trying to access http://ticketnews.eventim.co.uk – but the website and login page seems to have disappeared, it was working fine about two weeks ago and I was able to login and post.
I’ve tried to login to wordpress but it’s saying the password is wrong, and the account seems to be linked to someones email who is no longer at the company. I’ve tried to retrieve the account but unfortunately don’t have a transaction id, activation URL or two factor authentication codes.
Any ideas/help would be much appreciated.

ticketnews.eventim.co.uk appears to be hosted by InterNetx. We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend contacting your host to see if they can help — as the login details for your account are stored on their servers.
From what I can see, this site doesn’t appear to use WordPress — it’s not hosted on WordPress.com and I can’t see any mention of WordPress.org (the self hosted version).

Thanks for getting back to me, the site’s CMS was definitely WordPress. When I try to login to wordpress they recognise the username used for this site but it says the password is incorrect. Is there a way for me to change the email on the account or reset the password?
I’ve got in contact with InterNetx and they don’t host it, but host eventim.co.uk which is a completely separate site to ticketnews.eventim.co.uk.

Without access to the site, you will need to contact your host for help with changing the email address. Also, support for self hosted sites is available on the WordPress.org support forums:

It would still be best to contact your host first though.
