Site disappeared since a domain transfer, and the old site needs a new host (host shutting down)
-
Hello,
I owned a site based on WordPress with the URL: germancamera.com
but since building a new website, I have transferred the domain. Since the transfer, however, I cannot find access to the admin page to the old site. The old site needs a new domain host since its host service (Gristmillmedia/eNom) is shutting down on October 31. I need to find the old site so that I can request host change and domain change for the old site. Please help me find a way! Thank you so much!Site: germancamera.com.

Hi there!
I’ve checked the domain
germancamera.comon our end and it doesn’t look like this site was hosted by us. This means not only is the domain registered with another company (might be Squarespace), the WordPress site you had was also hosted elsewhere. Basically, you were using the WordPress.org software and the site was hosted by a different hosting company. We’re WordPress.com, which is different from self-hosted WordPress.org sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
In this case, you’d want to reach out to the hosting service provider where you hosted the site. As it wasn’t hosted by us, I’m afraid we aren’t able to help with this here.
