Site does not seem to be identifying traffic nor passing on completed forms

  Hi. I am the new facilitator and trying to understand this website setup. I do not appear to be recieving and submitted forms from the contact us page. I also am not seeing any type of traffic statistics. Could you help?

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  And, you can find support for your contact form plugin at https://elementor.com/support/

  With that said, for both contact forms and stats, we recommend using the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/contact-form/
