  Thanks for the help! My site keeps getting the ‘504 Gateway’ or the ‘Site cant be reached’ and I have also seen ‘Request Timeout’

  I have called Google and AWS and they say everything is fine, but they can see unanswered ping requests.

  This happened as we were trying to add a lot of variations in woo commerce if that helps add context. However, we have been trying to program these for two days now.

  What can we do?

  Hi there!

  I don’t see any sites under your account; what’s the address of the site you’re working on? You mentioned calling Google and AWS so it sounds like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com.

  To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
