  Hi WordPress,

  I help run a website for the company I work for and the site isn’t working today, it’s giving a 500 Internal Server Error message. I’m not sure what happened, can someone please assist me in fixing the issue? Any help whatsoever would be appreciated.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  One thing you can try right now is https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-the-administrative-menus (no Dashboard access required). We’re not able to help with those steps, but if you are unsure about how to get access to do that, your hosting provider’s support team should be able to assist.
