Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

It looks like our account information does not work for wordpress.org but it does work for wordpress.com . When attempting to go to site I receive an error code stating:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
Upon deactivating a plug in it seemed to remove access to the entire back end of our website.
To be clear, are you stating that you are unable to assist with this matter?

WordPress.org itself is entirely separate from how you log in to your site and you’re account here.
If you’ve never posted for support there, you’ll need to register for an account first.
