Site down after maintenance file deleted

  Hello. I kept seeing the “scheduled maintenance” page and after looking on the forums I read many times that deleting the .maintenance file in my FTP would work. I did this and my site is now just a blank page. Can anyone help? I can’t even logon via work-admin.

  UPDATE

  The site is backup but it crashes again when I make an update.
