Site down, white screen

    Dear community,
    I have encountered a problem, as a freshmen with regard to WordPress, I tried updating my plug-ins all at once, however this resulted in a white screen of death. That problem would be solvable if I would have the documents of the site in my repository, but I don’t. So now I have no clue on how to regain access to the site and all its information. Does anyone have experienced the same and might be able to help me? I would be eternally thankful!

    Hi Bart,

    Your account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted on WordPress.com, so based on that and on your description I’m assuming you’re using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums in that case.
