  I was developing my webpage and receive this message;
  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tgmpa() (previously declared in /homepages/31/d246394899/htdocs/clickandbuilds/rsportingear/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-designer/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php:1041) in /homepages/31/d246394899/htdocs/clickandbuilds/rsportingear/wp-content/themes/shophistic-lite/framework/functions/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1927. Now I can no longe get back to the site. What do I need to do?
