I am talking with BlueHost and they have said ‘your site was probably infected with phishing malware, and that caused the registrar to disable the DNS until it is cleaned’

If your other site is hosted by BlueHost then it is on their servers and not here at WordPress.com. If it is using the WordPress.org software then see:
