Site has turned into a white page and submit button

    Kwe’ there y’all! I went to hop on my website [ agentskyhouse . com ] and all that comes up is a white screen with a submit form and button, and nothing else.
    I did not set that up.

    Additionally, if I sign in directly through wordpress . com, there is an exclamation point next to my avatar/blog on the top left, which when clicked reads ‘This site can not be accessed’. If I choose the ‘I’d like to fix this’ option, it asks me to check that the site works. If I click that, I get the same white page with submit form.

    Going through wordpress . com also gives me a ‘you haven’t created any content yet’ pages on my posts and pages tabs.

    If I sign on the app through my ipad, I can see all of my content but I can not access it. Either I get a white screen as mentioned, or other screens saying I don’t have permission, or the page doesn’t exist.

    I’d like to know who to contact from here, or what to do.

    Note: I do have jetpack set up, and I am getting the 403 page if I go to /xmlrpc.php , so I’ll also be contacting my webhost.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
