Site header change in desktop but not mobile

I changed my site header in PhotoGridly theme with YellowPencil PRO. The font change shows in desktop, but not in mobile. I have cleared cache, opened incognito window, flushed cache, & still no adjustment to the font. I have tried CSS from other forums, but nothing has worked on mine so far. When I go to the customizer page & switch view to tablet & mobile, the font remains the same as before I adjusted it; however, the desktop version shows the new font that I selected+saved. I am very new and don’t know what else to do. The theme will not help unless I upgrade…but I paid a fee to upgrade a customizing plugin & I don’t want to just pay fees for one minor adjustment. Please help.
