Site header size

Hi! Could you please help: why Site Header is automatically bigger and uppercased on the homepage? It doesn’t match settings. In ‘Font options’ there is NO uppercase and the size of letters is less.
For the record: on the any other page I don’t see this problem, all is according the settings.
How can I change it? I don’t need uppercased and big Site header on the homepage.
Tried to reset fonts: not solved. -
Are you working on elinaphx.com or a different site?
The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
