-
Hello, we haven’t ran our site CSIPROMO.COM in a while. now we found out we can’t even access it, we normally use our credentials on the backend. I am the owner of the site and host it through namecheap cpanel. trying to gain access to backend and figure out how to get it live again. thank you- (email visible only to moderators and staff) is my best way of notification. thank you
This is the error message when trying to load the site: Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
The site I need help with is csipromo.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Oh dear! Can you get in touch with Namecheap over the MySQL issue? WordPress definitely needs the database to be working, and they’re in charge of your server.
Going forward, for help with the free WordPress software itself, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
These forums are actually for the free sites hosted by WordPress.com, so you’ll find more relevant answers by searching those forums. Or, once you’ve resolved the current issue so you can access the site again, you’d be welcome to move your site here: we provide direct support with paid plans.
