Site Icon

    Hi,

    As per my checklist, I uploaded a site icon, but the checklist does not recognize my upload and my site icon is only displayed in the customized section where I uploaded it. Not sure how to solve the problem and have the site recognize my site icon.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you haven’t applied that change to your site yet – the change has only been saved as a draft in the Customizer, but not published live on your site yet, so the site icon you uploaded isn’t active yet.

    Go to My Site ->Customize and click the gear icon next to the blue button at the top. Select the Publish option, and then click the button which will now read Publish. That will make the change live on your site.
