  Hi there, what WPcom site are you trying to edit it on?

  Keep in mind that these forums provide support to free websites hosted on the WPcom platform.

  If your site is using the open source WP software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
