Site Icon/ Favicon not showing

    Hello. I’m in desperate need of help. I’ve tried researching all different ways to fix my problem to no avail and i’m at a dead end.
    I have a site icon/favicon set on the above website, it shows when i’m logged in and check in the settings but when i click out to view the website it puts it back to the basic WP favicon. I’ve tried changing it to different icons to see if it’s an issue but this didn’t work. I’ve also cleared all the cache on my internet browsers but again this hasn’t worked. I don’t understand why it’s not showing the icon

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    I’d like to help but The site sentrysl.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Fasthosts Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and other hosting companies also happen to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
