Site identity for individual pages

  Hello! I work with a nonprofit called Doors Open RI and we are launching a new project this summer called Providence Waterways. We have hired a designer for this project who has created an entire brand identity (colors, fonts, etc.) that we would like to implement across pages on our site that are part of the project. What plugins, tools, add-ons, etc. would enable me to customize identity elements (font hierarchies, default colors, etc.) for only specific pages rather than the site at-large?

  The site I need help with is http://www.doorsopenri.org/pvdwaterways/. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Since using plugins here requires a paid Business Plan, you’re not likely to find many folks who can offer a recommendation.

  Because of this, I recommend asking over at https://wordpress.org/support/forum/miscellaneous/ instead.
