Site is asking for a password

    I used a password protection for the site for pre launch and turned it off. Now the site is still asking for a password. Need help ASAP

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there, can you confirm what site you need help with?

    The one you linked is hosted elsewhere, currently, but you do also have a site connected with it that doesn’t seem very developed. We can help with sites hosted by WordPress.com.

    @kaitlynhall2833aa05b324 just as a side note:

    – the site connected here is under another username. Can you log in as that user and let us know what you’d like to do with the account?

    – If you are using another host, you may not need the upgrade here. I’d recommend a Jetpack upgrade instead, which would give you similar features and backups.
