Site is Down

  I was asked to take over the site for our homeschool cub scouts and it appears that a plugin update took our site down, but I cannot get to the dashboard to deactivate the plugins and update and see what’s going on to fix it. I also can’t seem to set up an FTP to fix it. Any assistance is appreciated.
