  we are set to auto renew and yet our site is down – what gives?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi jodymeier,

  Are you referring to the upgrades for salemfontanelle.org? If so, they are owned by another user of the site (sflynnfontanelle) and will need to be renewed through the Manage Purchases page in that account.
