Site is down, and missing from my wordpress dashboard

    When visitors try to view my site they only see ‘Error establishing a database connection.’ When I tried to log in to troubleshoot, my site was missing from my WordPress dashboard. It just says that I do not have any sites. Is my site gone? Is it an issue with the external hosting provider? Thank you in advance for your help!

    What is the URL of the site with the problem?
