Site is down, can’t log-in

A couple hours ago our executive director called me and said she couldn’t access our website via safari. She said she was getting an expired certificate notice. I then checked our website on safari, chrome, and explorer and had no issues. I then logged in to the website dashboard and everything looked fine. I did some research about how to update the certificate and found what I needed but then suddenly about an hour ago the entire website went down. I can’t access our website, I am unable to login to our dashboard, none of our 4 log-ins and passwords work. I am unable to log in to WordPress so I had to use a personal WordPress account. None of the log-ins or passwords for tulsaarchitecture.org currently work. This means i can not access our live chat privileges. I need some serious help as our website is completely down and we have no access to get it back up.

We’re WordPress.com a different hosting company and we can only provide support for sites that are hosted on our platform.
