    Hi @khaberberg, we can’t, sorry! This site is not hosted here on our servers. These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.

    But I did notice the site suggests getting hold of your host for help. Can you contact them? If they tell you that you need WordPress help, please understand we’re a different host and can’t help. But you could hire someone, or try the WordPress.org forums for help:
