site is down — please help!

  I tried to edit the htaccess file by adding a redirect for one page and it’s redirecting the entire site in a loop. The site is down completely and I can’t access the dashboard to fix it. This is my client’s website that I work on. Please help!

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You could try to get help on the wordpressorg forums as you must solve this problem yourself.
