Site is not loading properly, I am unable to login to WordPress

Hello. I am having some errors on my webpage northviewpsych.com. I am also having issues accessing WordPress account so that I can try to fix it. Whenever I attempt to login, it is not recognizing my login information. When I try to recover my password, it does not recognize my email address and gives me the message ‘There is no account with that username or email address.’ Other than the automatic updates to the plugins, I have not made any recent changes to the account. I have included some the message below (unable to paste screenshots). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Seen on my webpage – ‘Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/customer/www/northviewpsych.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php on line 28′
Seen when typing my address in the browser – Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/customer/www/northviewpsych.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php on line 28
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/northviewpsych.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php:28) in /home/customer/www/northviewpsych.com/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1329’
The site I need help with is northviewpsych.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Hi! Regarding the login issue, are you using northviewpsych.com/wp-admin to log in? Since your site isn’t hosted here, WordPress.com wouldn’t recognize a login from your standalone installation with another host.
If you are using northviewpsych.com/wp-admin to log in and can’t, your host maybe able to help you make backups and then help with this:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/Once you’re in, this error is definitely related to your theme’s slideshow. It could be that you need to run an update on a theme or plugin. Again, backups are a good idea; if your host has a previous backup you might have them restore that. Then, get in touch with the theme company; they’re likely to have a solution.
Going forward, for help with thee free WordPress software itself, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
These forums are actually for the sites hosted by WordPress.com, so you’ll find more relevant answers by searching those forums.
Cheers!
