site is not uploading theme

hello dear WordPress I am having some issue when I am trying to upload theme it’s not uploading the button is not clickable it shows ‘business plan required’ please can you help me?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As it says, you need to upgrade to the Business plan to enable a theme really designed for use with the WordPress.org software to work here at WordPress.com.
