Hi there! When my designer tries to work on my website he is getting an error code and cannot access the site! Can you please help me fix this so he can finish developing the site? I do not know what the problem is, all of a sudden the site just won’t load.

If the site isn’t hosted with us, we most likely can’t help much, aside from finding an article. But here are a few ideas:
– Search the web for the error you’re getting
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
