Site is on a Premium Plan, but I can access live chat
-
Our custom domain is no longer redirecting to our WordPress blog, and I can’t find any contact information to resolve the issue.
I get this error if I try to add the domain mapping:
‘This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.’and I get this issue if I try to visit the domain:
‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
What is the domain?
The site, https://bennettjonesbusinessforum.wordpress.com/, does not have any upgrades. It had a Premium plan which belonged to the username, seniorj, but that plan expired on 1 February and has since been removed from the account. This includes the domain mapping upgrade that formed part of the plan.
If you still want Premium on the site you, or another admin on the site will need to purchase a new Premium Plan under My Site ->Plans. For the next two weeks only seniorj will be able to add back the mapping upgrade, though, so if another user buys the plan, please have the plan owner reply here to confirm and I can help you add back the mapping upgrade manually.
Regarding your thread title, please note that on Premium Plan sites, only the user who owns the Premium Plan has the ability to contact live chat support. On Business Plan sites all admins have that ability.

Thanks for the update. I will purchase the premium plan, and will attempt to add the mapping.

Okay, I’ve added the mapping back under the new plan in your account.
Please note the site itself still belongs to the user, bennettjones. If that person is no longer involved with your organisation it might be a good idea to contact them and ask them to transfer ownership to another admin on the site:
