Site is white screen with critical error message

    My site displays a white screen with the following: ‘There has been a critical error on this webiste Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress’. I have never encountered this before and have no idea how to find the location of error logs to see what happened. My WordPress user name and password isn’t being accepted any more either but I can access my site’s dashboard. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

    I checked your site and your domain is hosted on Bluehost and the site is using the open-source WordPress.org software. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue.
