Site listed as mine, but I do not own it

  Good morning,

  I have a domain listed under My Sites which no longer belongs to me (since roughly 2007) and according to WHOIS, belongs to an individual in Kentucky. What steps are needed to remove that site from my administrative account here on WordPress.com? I am not able to remove it from My Sites and since I do not own it, I am not able to log in via the blog’s admin interface to see if I can delete it from my account.
