When I downloaded the Store Villa template, the site crashed, how do I restore it?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

  • Hi! I can’t see the site, as it isn’t hosted here on our servers. But perhaps we can help you with some troubleshooting options:

    – Any errors you get should help you sort out what’s wrong, so can you find those?

    – If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/managing-plugins/#manual-uninstallation

    – Check to see if you have an admin email with clues

    – Ask your host to check error logs

    – Ask your host to help you restore a good backup

Going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Or, you’d be welcome to migrate your site to our services once this is resolved, so we can provide direct support going forward. All of our paid plans include hosting, support, maintenance, SSL, and more. You can find our pricing here:

    Hoping this helps!
