  Hello, my website homepage has changed without me editing it. I’d like to know how this can be recovered

  Hi there!

  Have you been backing up your site regularly? If so, you could restore it to the latest backup. If not, I’m not sure what could be done. Here, on WordPress.com, things do not work quite the same as on self-hosted sites, like yours.

  On WordPress.com, we use Jetpack to back up our sites. You can use it on your site as well:

  https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/.

  I’d suggest posting to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. People there may have more recommendations as to what you can do now.
