Site Management
-
Several years ago I had my site hosted at wordpress.com. Recently I had an email asking me to remove a clients name from a page. It was located here…
https://bcmcue.wordpress.com/customers/
I attempted to access my old site but it appears I no longer have control over it and thus cannot remove the clients name. If I happen to have deleted this site can it be removed from the servers so this personal information is no longer being made public?
Thank you for your prompt attention.

Hi there Bryan,
The site has not been deleted https://bcmcue.wordpress.com/ and the page has not been deleted either.
The admin login link is https://bcmcue.wordpress.com/wp-admin
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
NOTE: Deleting blogs or their content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it 404’s see https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en
