Site Mapping email issues

  I’ve mapped my wordpress site so that I could use an existing domain. My email stopped working and the provider could not fix this despite trying to add an A and Mx record redirecting back to their site.

  I really needed my email so I changed the name servers back to my provider Net Virtue and made my Primary domain back to WordPress.com. The WordPress address is still pointing to my domain page so I can no longer see my site at all. Not on my domain or the WordPress address.

  How do I resolve this? Thanks

  Our instructions for MX records can be found here:

  It is also possible, though not advisable, to map your domain here with an A-Record so you can keep your nameservers set to your registrar.
