Site Migration is not working until now

    Dear WordPress support,

    I have migrated my store from the WordPress to Shopify, but unfortunately, the site cannot be working until now, and the SSL still pending for more than 2 weeks now and as I contact the Shopify support they told me this (have you updated the DNS records? Verify that your A record is 23.227.38.65 and your CNAME record is shops.myshopify.com. You will need to do this through your WordPress dashboard.) and I can not open the dashboard to do so, may you help me out with this?

    To get help with that you need to contact your previous host. This is where your old site is saved.
