Site missing

  When I click on ‘My Site’ it says: You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. But I do. And have paid my renewal. And when I type in the website directly, it shows up. What’s happened?

  It’s obvious you are logged in to the wrong account. As you have paid a renewal, you have a transaction id you can use to restore access to your “lost” account, https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
