Site mixup

I have created 2 different websites who seems to be mixed up when I try to edit them.
The first site is http://www.arbejdspladsen.dk and the second http://www.poczkaj.dk
What can I do to change that?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry, but arbejdspladsen.dk and poczkaj.dk are not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.
The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
