Site not accessible
-
Hi,
I didn’t know anything about WordPress, or websites for that matter. Hired a guy who recommended wordpress. He opened an account and used all his details for account registration and everything and wasnt aware that I have to use my own personal details. I fired the guys and now I can’t access the account and my client are screaming .. what can i do to recover control of this account
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you cannot remember (or do not know) the login information for a WordPress.com account, your best bet is to try the account recovery process here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Due to the private nature of information required for account recovery and the public nature of these forums, we cannot help with account recovery here.

I have a similar but different problem. I deleted my account that was apparently the parent wordpress account. My blog still exists but it is reading as “site not accessible”
https://3by3writingmethod.wordpress.com/
But I cannot access the information.
Is there any hope reactivating this blog?
Thank you

As you’ve noticed, the account that you’ve logged into is not the owner of https://3by3writingmethod.wordpress.com/.
The account that DOES own it is still active. So you’ll need to log into it in order to reach the admin area for that site.
