  My site was originally http://www.catyscreatives.co.za.

  I tried to change my website url to http://www.cjceramics. I got a confirmation email and I clicked on the link. Suddenly it says ‘Failed to open page’ and that it can’t find the server http://www.cjceramics.co.za. I can’t get into my site, nothing is working.
  I’m in a bit of a panic, please help me.

  Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding your issue.
