site not loading

  My site isn’t loading from my computer (or any computer for that matter). It will load on my mobile device, but when I try to edit or add anything from my laptop all I can see is a white page. I’m freaking out here. I have clients messaging me saying they can’t see anything on my website. Please advise.
  I did not make any changes. The only thing I have wanted to add to the site was Paypal, but I have been unsuccessful. Could this be causing the problem?

  Hi Joy,

  Good news! Your site is working again: http://joycannisphotography.com/

  The culprit was the “Port Testimonials” widget that was in your site’s footer. Unfortunately, there’s a bug with that widget that makes your site go blank when it’s added. We let the Port theme author know about that issue so they can look into that.

  I deactivated the widget for now, and we’ll let you know when there’s an update about that. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help in the meantime!
