Site not loading

  Hi,

  Since February 3, I’ve received this notification over 30 times from Jetpack:

  http://www.youngishandretired.com did not load when we checked on Thursday, February 7, 2:33 am.

  Your site is responding intermittently, or extremely slowly. This can indicate an overloaded, under-powered, or misconfigured server. Your site is probably loading for some users, but not for everyone.

  While I have received this same e-mail in the past year, it has been very infrequent. Is there something I should do to my site so that this issue does not continue?
