Site not loading and my wp-admin site isn't loading

  my site is not loading and my wp-admin site isn’t loading either.
  Here is my wp-admin: http://69.89.31.239/~thedajh2/wp-admin/index.php

  I went to edit some php code (the bottom content of the page) and hit save. It went to refresh and went blank. My site has been down for over 24 hours now.
